Saint Paul Catholic Preschool
Saint Paul Catholic School proudly presents class information for the 2023-2024 school year! Our preschool is a faith- based learning environment where your child’s spiritual growth and love of learning are cultivated and nurtured. Your child will explore foundational reading skills and introductory math concepts through a multi-sensory play-based approach.
In addition to our Monday through Friday full day preschool, we offer half day morning and afternoon classes. For our full day and half day afternoon sessions, students must be 4 by August 1. For our morning class, students must be 3 by August 1.

Pre-3 Class
The Pre-3 Class will concentrate on social skills, fine motor and gross motor development and beginning “academics,” such as colors, shapes, learning the letters in their name, and introducing counting.

Pre-4 Class
The Pre-4 Class builds on the skills introduced in pre-3: social skills, fine and gross motor development, knowing left and right, introducing letters and their sounds, number recognition, printing names correctly…
4 years of age by August 1st
Meets Monday thru Friday
Time: 11:30-2:30 pm.
Child must be potty trained
Pre – K Class
The Pre – K class focuses on Kindergarten readiness skills: letter recognition and letter sounds, basic reading readiness, forming letters correctly, sight words, learning to put letter sounds together to make simple CVC words, syllabification, rhymes.
Beginning math readiness: recognition of numbers 0 – 30, counting to 10, 20, 50 and 100 by 1s and 10s, one-to-one correspondence, simple addition and subtraction, graphing, patterning, review of colors, 2-D and 3-D shapes.
In addition to enhancing social skills, personal care skills, and problem solving.
4 years of age by August 1st
Meets every day in the Saint Paul Educational Center
